He is survived by: his mother Lucy Lee Morris Chavis of Lilesville; his children, Charlie Bailey, III of Morven, Trevor Bailey of Charlotte, Garrett Bailey of Raleigh, Kimberly Bailey of Albemarle and Dnetria LIttle of Wadesboro; his grandchildren, Treyvon Bailey, Jordan Bailey, Mason Bailey, Harley Bailey and Zi'Rianna Little; and his siblings, James Bailey (LIsa) of Chesterfield, SC, Lisa Holt (Dola) of Wadesboro, Margie Smith of Wadesboro and Carol Bailey of Rockingham. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (2036 Morven Rd, Wadesboro, NC 28170). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home (2036 Morven Rd, Wadesboro, NC 28170). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Bethel Cemetery (3475 Gatewood Station Rd, Wadesboro, NC 28170).
