He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Simon Wall and Effie Bell Spencer Wall; his wife Mary Elizabeth Wallace; and his siblings, LeeVander Spencer, Robert Spencer, Celia Mae Tillman, Kathleen Willoughby and Effie Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Cobb and Victor Wall (Eugina); his grandchildren, Kyle Cobb (Jedda), Micah Wall and Addyson; his great grandchild Asaiah; his siblings, Marvin Wall (Francine), Thomasina Montgomery (Lee), Rosa Jane Wall and Sherry Wall; and his sister-in-law Annette Moore (Harvey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
