She is survived by: her daughters, Minister Perle Taylor (Marshall) of Polkton, NC and Shanda Lowery (John) of Lilesville, NC; her grandchildren, Saniktra Taylor, Marshall Taylor Jr. (Bri), Datrell Lowery (Kayla), Shania Rorie, Rylee Taylor, Athena Carter (Wayne), Fred McNeil Jr., Fredrina Bryrd, Lamar McNeil, Leonard Kirby and Alexander Kirby; her great grandchildren, Nuriyah Taylor, Colby, Caleb and Canari Lowery; her grandchildren, Zarriah, Zamye, Zion and Zyre Carter; her siblings-in-law, James Rorie Sr. of Lilesville, NC, Alice Medley of Lilesville, NC and Annie Medley of Lilesville, NC; her nieces, Elizabeth Hough and Evangelist Josphine Wall; and her close friends, Bettye Ingram and Robert Liles.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home (604 Salisbury St, Wadesboro, NC 28170). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
