With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Charles Allen (Wadesboro, North Carolina), born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Parker Allen and Rachel King Allen Thomas; his wife Pat Williams Allen; and his stepfather Haywood Thomas. He is survived by : his daughters, Paige Allen Dyson (Michael) of Polkton and Ashlie Allen Jones (Chip Gay) of Keystone Heights, FL; his grandchildren, Gavin Jones of Polkton and Kennedy Jones of Darlington, SC; his great grandchild Levi Jones of Darlington, SC; his aunt Barbara Williamson of Morven; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Howell (Curtis) of Wadesboro.
