He is survived by: his wife Karen Lammonds Lowery; his sons, Matthew Lee Lowery of Rockingham and Kenneth Raye Lowery of Rockingham; his grandchildren, Jasper Owen Lowery and Violet Rose Lowery; his stepchildren, Christine Brooke Bryant, James Christopher Bryant and Heather Danielle Cagle; and his sister Susan Brigman.
