It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Micheal William Deese (Wadesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Abner Lee "Tab" Deese and Annie Elizabeth "Sue" Chewning Deese; his wife Jewel Hildreth Deese; his son Micheal Keith Deese (Tammy) of Rockingham; his grandsons, Micheal Tyler Deese (Kaileigh) of Carolina Beach and Patrick Logan Deese of Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Kristian and Jayde Meeks of Carolina Beach; his siblings, Abner Deese, Jr. of Birmingham, AL, Carlton Deese (Donna) of Wadesboro, Libby Evans (Tom) of Houston, TX and Abbie McKenzie of Lexington, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Thelma Carpenter of York, SC and Virginia Holloway (Martin) of Polkton.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Richmond County Hospice Haven, 1119 N US 1 HWY, Rockingham, NC 28379.
