He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Spofford Davis and Elsie McRae Davis; his wife Ruth Faulkner Davis; and his sisters, Irene Seago and Helen Faulkner.
He is survived by: his close friend Arvonia Edwards of Wadesboro.
