She is survived by: her children, Saprina Ann Locklear and Harold Locklear Jr.; her grandchildren, Jamin Sebastian Locklear and Jayla Lenae Alford; her brother Jody Jacobs; her great-niece My'kayla; and her nephews, Ky'Mani, Kayden and Jakoda.
