He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Hunter and Grace Fitz Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jack Hunter; his sons, Ron Paul and Troy (Michele); his granddaughters, Lindsay and Kelsey; and his brother John (Carole).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Saint Luke United Methodist Church (1501 Turnpike Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
