We bid farewell to Sarah Margaret Bailey Evans of Wagram, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 6, 2025 at the age of 100. Sarah Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Vance Bailey and Lizzie Cauthen Bailey; her husband Samuel G. Evans; and her siblings, Albert Bailey, Pete Bailey, Edward Bailey and Ethel Blackman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Paulette Evans (Tommy) of Wake Forest, NC and Janice Evans Wilkinson (Mike) of Madison, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle Wilkinson (Farren) of Madison, NC and Aaron Wilkinson (Chasity) of Stoneville, NC; her great grandchildren, Autumn Wilkinson, Dailei-Ann Wilkinson, Tucker Ore, Karlyn Manuel and Brynn Manuel; her niece Melanie Fisher (Don); and her great-nephew Ben Fisher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to be given to the Spring Hill Baptist Church, P. O. Box 195, Wagram, NC 28396.
