He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Blue (Mickey) of Raeford, Rosie Justice of Wagram and Emma Hatley of Wagram; his siblings, Lacy Blue Jr. of Raeford, Reese Blue of Raeford, Clyde Blue of Raeford, Blondie Blue of Raeford, Dora Lee Oxendine of Raeford, Annie Henderson of Shannon, Mizay Mae Fields of Red Springs and Bonnie Porterfield of Southern Pines; and his half-siblings, David Mac Blue of Maxton, Kenny Blue of Maxton, Isaiah Blue of Maxton and Mary Elizabeth Blue.
