She is survived by: her parents, Roger Donald Freeman and Linda Marie Freeman (Peterson); her husband Frank John Debelak III; her children, Miriam Debelak and Frank John Debelak IV (Western Carolina University); her brother Christopher Freeman (Lorinda); her nephews, Ben, Theo and Toby; her niece Audrianne; Mary. She is also survived by her parents survive her, as well as extended family and many friends.
