He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ben Crabtree and Rosemary Davidson Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Crabtree; his children, Travis Crabtree (Genna), Nicole Combs (Jonathan), Jaclyn Crabtree (Tommy Lamm) and Chase Crabtree (Ashley); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Combs, Addison Combs, McKenzie Combs, Brielle Combs, Allie Crabtree, Cole Crabtree, Maddox Lamm, Maren Lamm and Emma Crabtree; his sister Janda Brock (Owen); his sister-in-law Tina Dixon Beck; and his friend Mike Keith. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home Chapel (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Forest Memorial Gardens (770 Stadium Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Eastgate Church of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, in honor of Ben Mark Crabtree.
