She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Ann Lavia. She is survived by: her husband Lane Dunn; her son Matthew Lane Dunn of Wake Forest; her father James Paul "Jim" Lavia, Jr.; her siblings, Julie Hunter (Kimbel) of Salem, VA and Joseph Lavia (Victoria) of Severna Park, Maryland; her nieces and nephews, Kristine Binner (Matthew) of Salem, Virginia, Caroline Tomblin (Justin) of Pittsboro, Ryan Hunter (Kalie) of Westfield, James Lavia of Severna Park and Alison Lavia of Severna Park, Maryland; and her great-nephew Thomas Binner.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Raleigh United Methodist Church (8501 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615).
