He was predeceased by: his parents, Bell Medlin and Clarence Medlin Sr.; and his grandson Trevor Medlin. He is survived by: his close friend Amelia Allen; his former wife Betty Jean Baker; his sons, Clarence "Junior" Medlin III, Tony Medlin (Amber), Elvis Medlin (Melissa) and Terry Medlin (Amanda); his grandchildren, Tess, Mason, Connor, Austin, Dylan and Logan Medlin; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Ryker Medlin; his sister Beverly Boan; and his nephews, Miles and Morgan Boan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Woodland Baptist Church (190 Woodland Church Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587).
