He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughters-in-law, Laura (Brad) of Colorado Springs, CO and Amanda of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Bailey and Smith Fedorowicz; his brothers, John Smith of Plum, PA and Bob (Vicki Smith); and his nieces and nephews, Sean, Colin Smith, Wendy Martelle, Amber Demek, Jena Demek, McKenna Gower, David Whitehead, Jason Demek, Justin Demek and Trent Demek.
