She is survived by: her significant other Jack Wickert; her children, Jill, Bonnie, Gail and John; her great grandchild Jack; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jordan), Kristen and David; her daughter Samantha (Matt); and her grandchildren, Logan, Rose, Leah, Lindsay, Scott and Robert. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren.
