He is survived by: his wife Gwen Woodlief Bailey; his son Ray Bailey (Cathy Jo); his sister Kay Cash; and his grandchildren, Jack and Adalyn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (2124 Oak Grove Church Rd, Youngsville, NC 27596).
