He was predeceased by : his parents, Earnest Manley and Ruth J. Manley. He is survived by : his son Dave Manley (Denelle); his grandchildren, Jojo Bui and Gigi Schilling (Nick); his great grandchildren, Ellia and Vera Schilling; his daughter-in-law Laura Harmon; his grandchildren, Grant Manley (Anastasia), Zach Manley (Claire), Paige Manley and Alex Manley; his great grandchildren, Aster Manley and Willow Manley; his nieces and nephews, Brenda Lee Waite, Kyra Manley, Dustin Manley and Kyle Manley; and his sister-in-law Athena Manley.
