With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Charles Wilson (Wake Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on June 8, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Alda Wilson; his wife Lou; and his son Lance. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean, Bobby and Glenn; his children, Cindy, Chuck and Chris (Shawn); his grandchildren, Trey, Allison (Jason), Beau (Noelle), Dustin (Becca), Brooke and Zack; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Addison, Felix, Parker, Alexis, Willow, Griffin and Genevieve. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pine Forest Memorial Gardens (770 Stadium Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587).
