He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brumitt Crockett; his children, Billy Malone of New York City, David Crockett (Melissa), Rebecca Womeldorf (Wes) of Wake Forest and Angela McAuley (John) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Caleb, Lizzy, Mikaela, Justin, Caitlin, Matthew, Iris, Quinn, Evangeline, Tristan, Bree and Doug; his great grandchildren, Macey, Millie, Adeline, Cameron, Caroline and Jackson; Ann, Jackie Richardson, Jo and Loyd Bell.
