She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Winburn, and Ovil A. Winburn, Sr.; her siblings, Harold, Al and Norma; and her son-in-law Randy Koch.

She is survived by: her husband Albert Hugh Brown of Zebulon, NC; and her children, Hugh Brown of Richardson, TX, Kevin Brown of Spruce Pine, NC and Sandra Kay Koch of Marietta, GA.
