He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Phillips Emory; his parents, Lewis Stevenson Emory Sr. and Myra Landford Emory; and his brother-in-law Billy Tillotson. He is survived by: his daughter Starla Emory Lee; his granddaughters, Mindy Lee (Shaun Lee (Arden) and Marina Kay Moore (Carter Moore (Waynesboro); his great grandchildren, Walker Lee, Mara Lee and Emory Moore; and his siblings, John R. Emory (Sandra (Roanoke), Lou Ann Tillotson of Aurora, CO, Amy Cowen (Dave (Creedmoor) and Gaye Johnson (Scott (Creedmoor). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins and his loving grand dogs.
