She was predeceased by: her parents, Repsie Hales Phillips and Melvin Joshua Phillips; her husband Wayne Blackley (Pigeon Forge); and her siblings, Melvin Vernon Phillips, Esther Phillips O'Mara, Sadie Phillips Bissette, Donald Wayne Phillips, Sue Phillips Creech, Clentis Rose Capps, Nelson Eugene Phillips, Joseph Hillary Phillips and Percy Lee Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Karen (Ken Best) and Phillip (Celine Blackley); her grandchildren, Kyle, Elizabeth Elliott, Allison Nicole, Jeremy Pace, Kevin Blackley, Julia, Chris Dvoracek and Kaili Best; her great grandchildren, Owen and Riley Elliott; and her aunt Sue.
