She is survived by: her sons, Charles William Sumner, Roy Rogers Sumner, Clarence Herbert Sumner and David Wayne Sumner; and her siblings, Marie Perry, William Fonza Perry, Barbara Ann Smith and William Herbert Perry, Jr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
