She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Gilliam and Nellie Bell Gilliam; and her daughters, Toshia Lowery and Jannelle Griffin. She is survived by: her cousin Carol Bumpass (James); and her grandchildren, Luke Lowery and Sarah Lowery.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Harris Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery (2960 Tarboro Rd, Youngsville, NC 27596).
