He was predeceased by : his father Millard Roy Shaw. He is survived by : his grandson Carter; his wife Ramona Putnam; his stepchildren, Amanda Snyder (CJ), Brandon Putnam and Joshua Putnam; his grandchild Madison Snyder; his mother Lorraine Shaw; his sisters, Tina Perdomo (Manny) and Claire Mochan (Jim); his nephews, Zachary Perdomo, Cameron Perdomo, Finn Mochan and Tayye Mochan; and his niece Lauren Khan.
