He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Keith (Ginny) of Youngsville, Ricky Keith of Youngsville and Worth Keith (Pam) of Zebulon; and his siblings' children, Laurie Matthews of Youngsville, Amanda Dembicks of Raleigh, Jason Keith of Smithfield and Matt Keith of Zebulon.
