She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: Randy Brooker; parents: Scott Hood and June Gilligan; daughter: Karen Long (Richard Long); son: Michael Kent; daughter-in-law: Loren Kent; grandchildren: Danyelle Kent-Robinson, Redick Kent, Clay Long, Christian Long, Mackenzie Long (Johnny), and Mia Norton (Andrew); great-granddaughter: Sadia Rana; brothers: Scott Hood (Bonnie) and Steve Hood (Robin); son-in-law: Richard Long; and many nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bright Funeral Home (405 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587).
