We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2022, at the age of 85, William Robert Mantiply Jr. (Wake Forest, North Carolina), born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Barbara Collier (GeeGee); and his sister Cindy Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Connie Dianne Mantiply; his daughters, Deborah Sox (Jimmy) of Clayton and Melissa Smith (Edward) of Raleigh; his son-in-law David Collier of Raleigh; his stepchildren, Jacqueline Liles of Wilson, Margaret Guerra of Spring Hope, Joanna Carroll (Jeff) of Raleigh, Michelle Simpson (Kevin) of Alabama and Matthew Phillips (Samantha) of Zebulon; and his brothers, Edwin Mantiply of Maryland and Stanford Mantiply of California. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
