He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lee Slater and Dorothy Maxey Spear; and his wife Vicki Slater. He is survived by: his children, Terry Slater (Kim) and Robin Rapp (Jim); his granddaughter Vanna Lee (Nick); his great grandchildren, Maya Lee and Rinn Lee; and his close friend Barbara Tilley.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 5696 Old Walkertown Rd, Walkertown, NC 27051.
