She was predeceased by: her parents, James Worth Spainhour and Betty Jean Saylor Spainhour; and her brother Roy Spainhour. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Spainhour; her grandchildren, Saylor Montgomery and Luna Montgomery; and her brothers, Randy Spainhour (Lois) and Ray Spainhour. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
