She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Taylor and Geraldine Taylor-Shepard; her husband Bishop Claude D. Thomas; her son Claude Thomas, Jr.; her grandson Claude Thomas, III; and her siblings, Zoretta Peoples, Ralph Taylor, Jr. and Victor Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Tori Thomas (Corey) and Isaiah Thomas (Christina); and her grandchildren, W. Corey Thomas Jr. "CJ", Jasmine Thomas, Camaya Thomas "Hotdog" and Isaiah Thomas Jr. "Lil'Puff". She is also survived by nieces, nephews, Godchildren, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Genesis Victory Outreach Center (1882 Old Hollow Rd, Walkertown, NC 27051). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
