She was predeceased by: her father Samuel William Putnam; her husband Donald Ray Morgan; and her sisters, Wilma Wilson, Georgia Shelton, Hattie Davis and Amelia Kincaid.

She is survived by: her mother Nola Mae Wilson Putnam; and her sons, Christopher Morgan (Ronda) and David Morgan.
