He was predeceased by: his father Walter Smith Neal (Jack); and his siblings, Ruby Neal Harrison, Dewey Neal, Troy Neal and Raymond Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Bowman Neal; his daughters, Tracy Neal Vogler (Steve) and Dana Neal Whitney (Robert); his grandchildren, Zachary Gregory Vogler, Taylor May Whitney, Brooklyn Faith Whitney and Robert Allen Whitney; and his sisters, Wilma Neal Hendrix (Harrison Krites) and Kathryn Neal Sell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
