It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Ray Goins of Walkertown, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dillard Goins; his wife Barbara Goins; his sons, Davy Goins and Daniel Goins; his great grandchild Emily Marshall; and his siblings, George Goins, James Goins, Brooksie Goins, Doris Hamlin and Evelyn Lankford.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Browning (Steven); his grandchildren, Neal Holdaway, Jason Browning, Betty Jaynes, Ashley Marshall and Stephanie Browning; his siblings, Zane Goins (Betty) and Opal Goins; his siblings' children, Tim Goins, Katie Goins, Debbie Goins and Misty Goins; and his close friend Anna Mitchell. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
