She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouses, Lloyd Hampton Williams and Thomas Jonathan DeVane, Jr.; her daughter Connie Williams Taylor (Fred); her grandchildren, Karen Taylor Herring (Will) and William Taylor; her great grandchildren, Taylor Herring and Mattie Herring; her stepchildren, Patsy Van Ouwerkerk (John), Steve DeVane (Brenda), Gene DeVane (Mary Graham), Andy DeVane (Norma) and Kevin DeVane (Gayle); her brothers, Wayne D. Turner (Kate) and Steve H. Turner (Mary); her siblings-in-law, J. D. Williams (Sandy), Josephine Kelly (John) and Toby Williams; her parents, Otto Turner and Clara Alice Kelhum Turner; and her sister Lucy Jane Turner. She was also cherished by 7 step-grandchildren; 10 step-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
