As Billy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Billy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pate and Frances Casteen Pate. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Henderson of Willard and Megan Moore of Chinquapin; his grandchildren, Kage Marble, Kash Marble and Kamryn Carr; and his sisters, Debbie Pate Horrell (Ricky) of Wallace and Sandra Pate of Wallace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous extended family.
