Carolyn Moore Howard Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Carolyn Moore Howard of Wallace, North Carolina. Carolyn, born on October 10, 1943, passed away on June 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William and Essie Browder Moore; her husband Graham Howard; her daughter Cynthia Futrell Lewis; her sister Doris Moore Frederick; and her grandmother Carolyn.

She is survived by: her children, Graham Devern Howard, Jr. (Michelle) of Wallace, Charlene Padgette (Vick) of Wallace, Billy Devern Howard (Darlene) of Magnolia, Tina Howard Bain of Burgaw, Ricky Dean Howard of Pink Hill and Lonnie Graham Howard (Johnna) of Willard. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family members and friends.
