It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Neal Combs of Wallace, North Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles William and Juanita Greene Combs. He is survived by : his wife Kate Krichbaum Combs; his children, Allison Combs of Raleigh, Anna Combs of Johnson City, Tennessee and Charlie Combs of Atlanta, Georgia; his siblings, Lloyd Paxton (Angela) of Brandon, Mississippi, Terri Tarnecki (Henry) of Brandon, Mississippi, Kay Jackson of Brandon, Mississippi and Lisa Myers of Brandon, Mississippi; and his pets, Juno, Bee, Jasmine, Daisy and Rothko. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Wallace Chapel (612 S Norwood St, Wallace, NC 28466). A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Quinn - McGowen Funeral Home Wallace Chapel (612 S Norwood St, Wallace, NC 28466).
