He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Frank and Maude Locke Smith; his daughter Theresa Marie Smith; and his siblings, Donald Smith and Judith Ruvo.
He is survived by: his wife Angela DiCostanzo Smith; and his daughter Jennifer Smith of Wallace.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
