Donald Wells Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2025, at the age of 79, Donald Wells of Wallace, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Whitfield Wells and Thelma Wells Wells; his siblings, Lucian W. Wells Jr. (Buddy) and Sherry W. Wells; Lynne W. Williams.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Wells Marshburn (Earl) of Jacksonville, William J. Wells (Lavoice), James Milton Wells (Geraldine) and Douglas Wade Wells (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Faye D. Wells of Wallace and Dodson Wells of Rose Hill; and his siblings' children, Stewart Wells (Carmen), Beverly Page (Tim Lindsay), Greg Marshburn (Jan), James Milton Wells Jr., Julie Wells, Laura Meyer (Jason), Jason Wells (Tabatha), Amanda Sholar (Jeffrey) and Michael Wells (Lauren).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Rockfish Presbyterian Church cemetery.
