He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Harrell and Ada Wilson Harrell; his wife Rebecca Ann Smith Harrell; his daughter Tracy Stalker; his grandson Preston Lee Stalker; and his siblings, Susie Jones, Alton Harrell, Nellie Mae Garner and Jim Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Ann Harrell of Wallace and Royce Lee Williams of Wallace; his grandchildren, Carlee Cottle of Wallace, Randyn Swinson of Pittsboro, Carissa Shepard of Fayetteville, Faythlyn Williams of Wallace, Katey Matlock (Robert) of Fayetteville and Chandler Stalker of Wallace; his great grandchild Kinsley Harrell of Wallace; and his nephews, James Jones and Glenn Jones.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
