He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Smith; and his sister Susan Dawn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Angela Lewis; his children, Patrick Quinn (Yesenia Garnica), Terri Miller, Hailey Davis (Brian), Harley Murphy (Randy) and Brianna Lewis (Victor Heffernan); his sister Annette Lewis; and his pets, Priss Lewis and Rambo Lewis. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made for the service.
