He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Martin, and Dovie Lawson Martin, Sr.; his wife Jeanette Caulder Martin; and his daughter Shannon M. Davis. He is survived by: his brother Terry Martin of Winston-Salem; his half-siblings, Sammy Parrish and Jane; and his close friend Randy Davis (Jenny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and former son-in-law.
