He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Parrish and Elsie Moorefield Parrish; and his wife Shelby Jean Parrish. He is survived by: his children, Tony Parrish (Diana), Susan Griffin (Bo) and Eric Parrish (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Tim Parrish, Jennifer Griffin Dwiggins (Danny), Erica Parrish Moore (Chris), Jessie Perryman, Chase Handshoe and Danielle Dwiggins; and his siblings, Katherine Hursey (Donald), Wanda Parrish and Roger Parrish (Brenda). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forsyth Memorial Park (3771 Yadkinville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106).
