He was predeceased by : his father James Eddie Booth; his aunt Janie Booth Nelson; and his grandparents, Rob, Virginia Booth, Lem and Maude Sands.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Tilley Booth; his children, Brittany Nicole Booth and James "Ethan" Booth; his grandchildren, Shawn Axel Booth and Ryder Rae Hopkins; and his sister Natasha Booth Davidson (Jeramie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, a stepbrother, a stepsister, a stepfather and many friends.
