He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Shelton of Gibsonville and Angie Broughton of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Jordan Shelton, Madelyn Anhui, Kirby Broughton and Carly Broughton; his children-in-law, Bo Broughton and Cathy Wagoner; and his sister Hazel Shelton Brown.
