He was predeceased by: his father Larry Kent McCoy. He is survived by: his mother Mary Nell Roten McCoy of Warrensville; his wife Diane Pennington McCoy; his son Ethan McCoy (Rachall) of Creston; and his sister Evelyn Shoemake (Mike) of Warrensville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
