He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moses and Hattie Turnmire Stike; and his brothers, Howard Stike, Ray Stike, Lee Stike and Riley Stike.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Jean Turnmire Stike; his sons, James Stike (Jennifer) of Warrensville, David Stike of Warrensville and Tim Stike of Fleetwood; and his siblings, Fred Stike of Warrensville, Gaye Turnmire of Warrensville and Mae Medley of Warrensville. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Turner Family Cemetery.
